A friend of mine posted a link on her blog called "Bring The Rain" and a few months ago I read the beginning of the blog. It is unbelievable!!! Get out your tissues if you have time to read the whole story. It is about the family of one of the guys from the group "Selah". A beautiful story, heart renching though! Anyway, his wife writes the blog and she is an awesome writer. This particular link takes you to 7 prayers that you can pray especially over each child every day. (7 X 7) Over anyone for that matter. Scripture is overflowing in power!!!
A few years ago my sister typed out 3 pages worth of scripture with Ethan's name in place of the "he/she". It is powerful! It has helped me overcome many nights of worry and fear. I will always cherish those pages, because it makes the scripture so very personal. (Thank you Steph) ; )
Even through all of the bad things that are on the "horizon" for our country, the fear and worry that Satan tries to plant in our hearts, or the hateful things that the world tries to bring, God gives up power in His word! We have a special and Almighty covering over our children if we believe and pray over our babies and loved ones.
